YARN SPINNING
For the last 40 years, STML has successfully maintained its position as one of the leading manufacturers & exporters of yarns. With a total installed capacity of 60,288 spindles divided across three independent spinning units, the company has been engaged in the production of ring spun 100% cotton, polyester/cotton blended, polyester/viscose blended, and other natural/synthetic yarns since its inception. We use the finest raw material with stringent quality checks, modern and highly-equipped research labs, and a strict quality control system throughout the production processes to produce premium quality yarns in a wide count range for knitting & weaving applications.
Our three independent spinning units are located in the heart of cotton growing belt in Pakistan, at conveniently accessible locations, and are fully equipped with the most modern & advanced machinery. Our average monthly sales of yarn alone are approximately 100 x40’FCLs.

THREE INDEPENDENT UNITS ARE INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTIONS OF RING SPUN YARN COUNTS IN NATURAL / SYNTHETIC FIBER BLENDS FOR VARIOUS APPLICATIONS
POLYESTER/VISCOSE
With 20,160 spindles, this unit produces our “Unicorn” brand of prime quality polyester/viscose blended ring spun yarn. We manufacture counts from Ne 7/1 up to Ne 65/1 in various blends for weaving/knitting applications, guaranteed for even dyeing.
POLYESTER/COTTON
With 26,688 spindles, this unit produces our “Dynacon” brand of prime quality polyester/cotton blended ring spun yarn. We manufacture counts from Ne 7/1 up to Ne 45/1 in various blends like PC 52:48, PC 65:35, CVC 60:40, CVC 70:30, etc. in Carded/Combed types, guaranteed for even dyeing.
100% COTTON
With 15,840 spindles, this unit produces our “BriteStar” brand of 100% cotton ring spun yarn. We manufacture counts from Ne 7/1 up to Ne 40/1 for weaving/knitting applications, guaranteed for even dyeing.

MARKETS
Besides serving local market requirements for yarn, we are a major exporter from Pakistan and successfully serve quality conscious customers in global markets like USA, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Hong Kong, S. Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Middle East, etc.
MACHINERY
We use a blend of the latest technologies and machines, with automation, from world class machinery manufacturers such as Trutzschler (Germany), Toyoda (Japan), Rieter (Switzerland), Murata (Japan), Schlafhorst (Germany), etc.. Our in-house electric power generation, based on natural gas as fuel, ensures continuous productions on 24-hours basis.
QUALITY CONTROL
A comprehensive and periodic testing procedure is in place which monitors & ensures product quality to premium levels at every stage of spinning process by frequent sample collections and tests. Besides latest yarn testing equipment, the laboratory is also equipped with HVI-900 for raw cotton tests and grading.
PACKING & LOADING
All packing and loading is done under strict supervision, while maintaining best possible quality and safety standards. To facilitate our customers, we provide yarn packed in 100Lbs or 50Lbs sea-worthy export cartons and also in polythene film shrink-wrapped Pallet packing to help our customers reduce the labor handling costs with convenience.
