During the conventional finishing process, water loaded with chemicals goes to waste to pollute the environment and requires costly waste-water treatment. Our latest dye-house is equipped with Mist Spray Technology which uses air from the atmosphere is to transform just the right quantity of chemicals and finishing agents into the mist, which is then evenly sprayed onto our products over a period of time. This mist becomes the carrier of chemical agents and there is no use of water and thus zero discharge. With this latest technology, we can accomplish a considerable number of finishing effects with the highest quality, using no water and producing zero discharge.

We, at STML, use waste heat efficiently, and we don’t let the greenhouse gases (GHG’s) become a part of the air and pollute the environment. At our plant, our boilers use the flu-gasses from our power plants as a source of energy. Plus, we optimize the operations of our waste heat recovery system by monitoring their performance to ensure that we are optimizing energy. We ensure regular maintenance and updates of our plant’s waste heat recovery technologies.
