He is the director of Shahzad Textile Mills Limited, and Chief Executive Officer of Sargodha Jute Mills Limited, since 1996. He obtained his graduate degree from University of Boston USA and joined the business in Pakistan in 1993. He has served as Chairman of All Pakistan Jute Mills Association (PJMA) for many years.
