Is working as a Chief Executive Officer of Shahzad Textile Mills Limited since 1993. He completed his schooling form famous education institution the Atchison College Lahore. He graduated in business administration from England.

He served as a Board Member of several public limited companies and developed an expertise in management information system and governance. He has also served as a Board member of the prestigious Lahore American School as the Treasurer for two years and four years as the President of The Board of the Lahore American School. He has served as member Zonal Managing Committee of All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) Punjab Zone for two years. Further, he served as member of the Central Managing Committee of APTMA for two years and has again been elected to the Central Managing Committee for another two years term.
